PROJECT KINDNESS AGES 8 AND OVER Kindness to ourselves + Kindness to others = A kinder world. Solon Adaptive and Inclusive Recreation (AIR) is excited to partner with NPower Services to bring Project Kindness to life — a monthly series that empowers individuals of all abilities to nurture themselves while giving back to others. Programs are held on the 4th Tuesday of each month, where Project Kindness offers self-care and service opportunities that align personal well-being with acts of kindness. Each event features an uplifting self-care activity designed to elevate self-worth and confidence, paired with a meaningful project that helps others in the community. Through activities that elevate self-worth and projects that spread kindness to others, participants experience the joy of both self-care and service — creating a ripple effect of compassion that makes our community, and the world, a little kinder every day. Siblings are encouraged to register and do crafts together!
